This is a nice looking set. I hope some one here gets it.

I'm surprised that's still up, it was mentioned here a month ago or so.

I'd take it in a heartbeat but the drive down just isn't possible for me at the moment.

yea I remember now. there was some chatter about the tiny speaker.

I just think is cool how narrow they are.

Whomever is selling this doesn't seem to know much about TVs. I deduced that from a statement in the item description: ". . . and a cool bubble in the rear that sticks out another 3 (inches from the back of the set)." First time I've ever seen a TV's CRT cap described like that. Also, I have to wonder just how much there is to this TV (if anything), if the seller says it is light enough for him to carry. I'm wondering if the chassis is still in there. :scratch2: The CRT alone has to weigh at least twenty pounds if it's larger than about 15-16 inches (I think this model must have been at least a 19-incher); if the set has a power transformer, that will add another few pounds.

If it's light enough to carry, however, I bet it has a series-string chassis. The only other thing I can think of is that the seller is incredibly strong; this is really the only thing that makes sense to me, as most consoles require at least two strong men to carry them any distance.

If you are in the Los Angeles area, how far would you have to go to get it? It's not as if the set is 500 miles from you.
