I had picked up a few sets and this one is brand new never sold. A small rca console model 21t9215 from a old rca dealer. Instruction book stapled in back on cabinet and hand tags still on knobs. The power cord still wrapped. I did fire it up and still works with a short vertical picture, nice sharp picture. Tv is mint.
