A brand that I have not heard of... Anybody know anything about Channelaire?

Oops sorry, I somehow picked up more than the title from the listing :(

The pictures aren't that good, but in both pics of the front I can make out a vague discoloration or darkening in the center of the screen that looks like an oops. All of the neck is still there, but I'm kinda doubtful it's in one piece.

Yep that telltale dark spot looks like an OOPs for sure. (:

My guess is a private brand for a department store chain.

Looks like an "Ochit" to me, too. Too bad-nice lookin' generic early '50s set otherwise.
