That's actually the Winthrop 24 Black and White cabinet. (Model 24D679)

Agreeing with Steve K's findings... The "pencil box", and the lack of depth of the cabinet, confirm it's a B&W.

Also to note: If it were a color TV we should see the red green and blue colors under the chevron on the pencil box.
EDIT: I guess not, they didnt start the colors under the chevron until the CTC-5

Were any 4s made that did not have the pencil box on the right side?
Pardon my poor example... somebody put an extra switch through the front, and the "nipper" is covering where a jack was installed...aarggh! :thumbsdn:
The set also has much black sealer oozing into the mask area. FYI the cabinet (not counting the CRT bell) is 23" deep.
