Hi all,

This is a cool looking radio cabinet a friend found at a thrift store. We can't ID what make this might be. Anyone out there have any idea? Looks like it was a big chassis, and the model number is something like "OEL". Any clues or ideas would be appreciated. Thanks!

When I look at it I think Sparton

Maybe you can find it in here:http://radioatticarchives.com/index.htm

The oversized oval dial is certainly unusual. Admiral maybe?

Thanks for the suggestions. We still have not positively ID'd this cabinet, but if anyone has any other ideas, please share them. Thanks!!

It could be a Majestic.

It could be a Majestic.

The style of the bezel certainly looks like a post-war Majestic I found a few weeks back. I still haven't found any information on that radio.
