Maybe it I stack sets on top of it, but I hate doing that. Bad for the finish.

Hmmm - isn't a 2T51 a tabletop? http://www.tvhistory.tv/1950-59-RCA.htm

A 2T51 is a tabletop model.
You don't suppose someone hacked one into that console cabinet do you?

The way the back is positioned on there with a gap at the top I'm almost certain that's the case here, I think that was a 10" set originally.

I need the back for my 2T51, don't suppose anyone could get it for me? ;)
No really, could you?

That's just what I was thinking - a hack job.

Hmmm - I don't think it would fit into my hatchback. Maybe the seller would part with just the back for a few bucks ?

I just spoke with the seller. He insists the whole unit is an RCA even though the radio is an Airline 94WG 3008A from 1949
