These are cool looking. I had one and unfortunately it had the worst case of lack of dc restoration i've ever seen in a b/w set. It was so bad that for me, i found it to be unwatchable so ended up selling the set. This one is a prime example of having good looks but being a poor performer. To add to it, it uses all oddball tubes that are hard to find if one fails. They dropped the ball on this one.

looks like an early flat screen! Did they ever have a crt with a deflection angle greater than 110 degree?

Veg, I think you're right on that slogan. I haven't seen this version before. Westinghouse quality had really slipped by this point; these sets were imported, FWIW.
