There were projection sets that looked very much like that, but the image in that pic sure looks awfully bright.

From the screen cap alone it looks more like BPC in a vintage cabinet.

Looks like a "converted" set to me also.

I agree with David & Tony. That's an early 50s 21" console with a 24" or 26" color table model TV sitting in it (either a B&W movie or the color is turned all the way down). If you look closely, you can see the black plastic CRT bezel.

You're probably right. I see the black strip at the screen bottom now.

I left voicemail for the seller anyway, to find out what he has. Probably a boring 1950s cabinet and a cheap 1980s TV (neither of which I want).

I recognize the cabinet as a 1950 RCA Victor, and, set as a rectangular color set.
