Browsing through old Radio Shack catalogs on this site (http://www.radioshackcatalogs.com/catalog_directory.html) I came across the 26-3010 "Color Video Receiver".

This was a 13" set sold as a monitor for the TRS-80 Color Computer in the 1981 and 1982 catalogs (it's listed with the computers, not in the TV section). As far as I know it was just a normal TV (the Color Computer only has an RF output).

The same set was used in the early advertising for Tandy Color Computer here though the set was not sold here. Seeing that set in so many ads and magazine articles makes me curious about it (A Tandy Color Computer was my first computer).

Though while there are TRS-80 sites that list pretty much everything ever made for these computers, there seems to be nothing about this TV.

Does anyone have one of these sets or know who made it?

When I was in high school (1982) my best friend had that exact Tandy computer and TV setup. Radio Shack sold the TV and it is an exact copy of one that RCA produced at the time. I'm sure it is just a rebadged RCA as Tandy had their products "custom manufactured for Radio Shack". This phrase was on the back of many of their products. As I remember, there was nothing specific about the TV that made it a computer monitor. The computer connected to the set with a game switch (remember those) which had a slider to select between the antenna and the video game or in this case computer. The TV is actually a decent well made RCA set, well worth finding in it's own right.

Yes; it's an RCA. Might be a CTC-107?

I had a 19" RatShack made by RCA from this time period. It had a CTC108 chassis in it. And, my first computer was a TRS-80 that someone gave me. Mine had a green monochrome non-RS monitor; but, I soon connected it to one of those little early '80's GE 10" "AA" chassis color sets (AKA, portacolor III) via one of those RF game switches.

CTC-107 seems right. I found a picture of a 19" version on another forum that appears to have the same controls.

I'd like one to go with my Color Computers. While most of them are the locally sold PAL version I did find a US NTSC model that someone imported. I doubt I'll find one here, though if someone imported US model computers, maybe a couple of those sets came here as well.
