Wonder if this'll sub a 10BP4? looks longer but it has P4 Phosphor.

I don't like the idea of shipping it "in a sea of peanuts"

Probably a 10(F or B)P4, but a commercial-industrial version. I place my bet on a viewfinder tube, such as the one used in the RCA color TK-40-41. It had a black & white 10" viewfinder. Could also be a commercial monitor tube. In any case, I'd say it might be a fun upgrade for a 10" TV!

The tube is electrostatic focus so it is more like a 10GP4 or 10HP4. It will fit for a 10B and can be made to work. It will take some creativity to provide the 1,500-2,000 volts necessary for focus voltage.
