View Full Version : Who else watches "Cash Cab" ?? Snade 04-17-2009, 03:47 PM Cash Cab (http://dsc.discovery.com/fansites/cashcab/cashcab.html) is addictive with one the coolest hosts on TV. Anybody else watch it ? similost 04-17-2009, 03:55 PM Me and the wife watch it fairly often.. She likes her Wheel of Boredom better though.. billy joe 04-17-2009, 04:06 PM I watch it sometimes, but i find out that i don't know sh*t. walkandtalk 04-17-2009, 04:09 PM I pass it by when I'm by myself, but it is a lot of fun when there's several people watching with me (I'm like that with most game shows). I think it's a great concept for a show, and I'm waiting to see variants and alternate cities in the future... chard306 04-17-2009, 04:13 PM Watch it every chance I get, I am a Trivia nut, and this show makes me smile. Rich SOTA 04-17-2009, 04:50 PM I tuned in to it once and I thought about calling the producers and telling them that I want my half hour back...the missus and I are Jeopardy sharks:D J.R. Jon_Logan 04-17-2009, 05:00 PM "Red Light Callllllllleennnnnnnngggggggeeee" Love the show. It's always exciting to see people get freaked out when the lights come on. shimniok 04-17-2009, 05:08 PM We watch it now and again. Surprisingly entertaining and fun! Snade 04-17-2009, 06:40 PM I like the "street shout-out". The Cab pulls over and you can ask anyone on the street to help with the question (ie., lifeline). The format of the show is amazingly simple and fun. rooster18 04-17-2009, 06:51 PM I got to see Deborah Frost (singer-Brain Surgeons NYC, and ex-GF of Albert Bouchard, original drummer of BOC and leader of the Brain Surgeons NYC) on one episode. Kinda neat. rooster. sfox52 04-17-2009, 07:26 PM Best game show there is! Very little wasted time, too! Jailtime 04-17-2009, 11:31 PM Love Cash Cab! Watch it everyday when there's a break in class time. :thmbsp: JimJ[VT] 04-18-2009, 12:11 AM I'd kick ass on that show. All the times I've been to NYC though, my conversations with the cabbie have been much less :D electronjohn 04-18-2009, 09:20 AM Great show...and yeah, they need to take it on the road. markc2 04-20-2009, 06:25 AM It's a really fun show, the host is a trip. The questions aren't super crazy but just hard enough to go damn I should've known that. Mark emoxley 04-20-2009, 07:18 AM Yeah, when I can catch it. I think it's a great game show, and a lot of fun. I agree that they should take it on the road. :) pioneervato 04-20-2009, 08:08 AM The guy cracks me up. It is a fun show to watch. He's had some pretty weird fares that makes the show even more fun. spartanmanor 04-20-2009, 08:14 AM Watch regularly when we are eating a casual dinner in the kitchen. The questions are random enough and easy enough to be fun. I would say between my wife and I we can answer correctly 85-90% of them. rockin1150 04-20-2009, 10:24 AM I like the show. People always looked annoyed as hell when they find out it's not a regular cab... lol godzilla 04-25-2009, 08:30 PM I like all trivia shows. Ultra-Hog 04-25-2009, 08:45 PM I watch it when I can. I think it is pretty easy to watch. The premise is not offensive or stupid and has a bit of of strategy with a dose of luck on the side. It's all good harmless fun. Even the losers get a free cab ride, at least part way to their destination. I would like to see the out-takes of people that get upset and don't want to participate. |
