Here is the previous thread It is a viking Tcd-222 not turned on so i dont know if it working. 1 or 2 knobs are not on it. What do you guys think anyone would like it? or maybe anyone have a schematic for it?

You're not quite in the right forum yet. Scroll down and find the B&W and Projection TV forum and they'll tell you all about it. I've never heard of the Viking brand so it may be a bit of a rarity. I would avoid plugging it in for now but most of those old B&W sets can be made to work.
