Tv color set Stereo, 67 cm., 99 channels with remote control.
Product name: Saba ultracolor C-67 S 77 Challenger.
Company: Saba.
Year: 1983
The Tv works even if the definition is not good. Cream color model, color really rare here in Italy.
Found this morning next to a trash box and saved from certain destruction

I think Saba had already been bought by Thomson in 1983, and they were always based on a Thomson chassis after that.

i always wondered if Thomson based sets (also Nordmende and Telefunken) were really 100% German or if they were German cabinets with a French-made chassis inside, or maybe 100% German-made but based on French engineering.

Exactly, but I was referring to the cabinet, not to the chassis

This tv set resembles with an old computer with an monitor above - only things missing: the mouse and the keyboard.
