Kind of interesting. At least they didn't chop an old one up.

Right now it looks like sponge bob. I would make it deeper and put a nice amp and speakers inside. Tony V 11-17-2008, 10:29 PM At least this one is a custom cabinet fabrication instead of a gut and replace job with new electronics. It appears to be well done. Its a nice way to blend a new piece of electronics into a retro styled room. If it wasnt for the legs it would resemble the early projection sets of the late 40's early 50's as far as the screen goes. I agree with newhallone though as it should be a bit deeper to really pull off the look. I would concider something like this myself if it had a better quality tv in it as i havent heard too many good things with the Dynex brand. -Tony jhal 11-19-2008, 10:50 PM At least this one is a custom cabinet fabrication instead of a gut and replace job with new electronics. Also, hopefully there are ventilation holes and/or a fan for keeping all those Chinese capacitors cool. WISCOJIM 11-19-2008, 11:15 PM tem number: 300274361396 Kind of interesting.
