View Full Version : Sylvania Roundie on eBay $200 BIN Eric H 04-28-2004, 07:22 PM http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=3638&item=3289803905&rd=1 veg-o-matic 04-28-2004, 09:11 PM Ah, yes, it's our own captainmoody! I'd love to get this one (and the Magnavox combo he's got up, too--drool) but I just don't have the room. Mr. Magnavox...? In case anyone's interested in it, I'm expecting my THIRD set from the good cap'n, and he's honest and a pleasure to deal with. But we all knew that, right?:D You wouldn't go wrong buying it from him. And no, he's not paying me to shill for him:p: ! Jeffhs 05-04-2004, 12:38 AM I just saw the pic of that Sylvania roundie. Looks good enough at first glance, but as I examined it more closely, I could swear some of the knobs were missing. Chad Hauris 05-04-2004, 06:57 AM I see what you mean but I think it is just a black insert in the center of the brightness, color, tint knobs. captainmoody 05-04-2004, 10:58 AM Chad is exactly right, If it had missing knobs I would have stated it in the description! heathkit tv 05-04-2004, 12:02 PM Originally posted by captainmoody Chad is exactly right, If it had missing knobs I would have stated it in the description! Oh yeah, suuurrrreee. Like we're gonna believe a scam artist like YOU? We all know that you're getting rich by ripping off the public with these super valuable old TVs. Hell, the cabinets alone are worth $150 and make superb fish tanks. LOL! I just took another look at the picture of the Sylvania. The knobs are all there, as Chad said. I guess the black inserts are what threw me. veg-o-matic 05-04-2004, 02:40 PM Originally posted by heathkit tv Hell, the cabinets alone are worth $150 :lmao: captainmoody 05-04-2004, 03:44 PM Did you notice that ge by me on ebay that was yet again relisted at 150.00 starting price just ended with no bids? drh4683 05-04-2004, 05:19 PM I think we should bid on the ge tv up to $500 to get the seller all excicted, then cancel our bids the next day:lmao: |
