I found this poster on Ebay http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=270266905120 and thought it might be of interest to you's. It's a poster artwork of a 1952 Parston B&W TV with cord tethered remote and it's displaying a colour picture. Quite an unusual advertisement I would say!
