Saw a very unique Graetz Gazetta 54 F radio while perusing Ebay Germany at lunch today. This set was intended to be located next to the easy chair and had a place to put your reading material. Thought it was cool and wanted to share the link in case anyone else might like to check it out-

Hello,

Interesting, but hardly a new idea by 1967:

P.S.: the keyword is "chairside radio".

My wife says that thing is spine-chilling. She loves her Kuba... well. (http://www.kuba-museum.de/produkte/konzert_musiktruhen/puszta_1957_58.html)
But it is interesting how the designers tried to make a console suitable to a 9 squaremeter room...
But really, it is not very nice... and by the way, a layer of magazines and catalogues doesn´t improve the sound. Or is this a magazine-o-muffler speaker set?

Yours
Alex
