Caught this movie a few months ago on IFC and couldn't find it again so I'm gonna buy it on DVD. Superb character piece surrounding a midget living in an abandoned train depot. Stunning locales set in New Jersey. :beerchug:

I need to watch this movie sometime, it was given to me by a family friend. The train station is about 5 minutes from me and I have been there many times. Its on Greenpond Road in West Milford, NJ. I used to have soccer practice there when I was a little kid.

Interesting that others have watched and liked it too. Must be a sign to watch it soon.

Never heard of it. Peter Dinklage has been in a lot of stuff... may have to put this on the "to see" list...

I saw it. Pretty good. Kind of a tearjerker.

I usually go for movies that feature lines like, "...the most powerful handgun in the world, and would blow your head clean off..." but I thought The Station Agent was an excellent film. Go see it if you haven't.

Just a good all around movie. The same director just made The Visitor. Another very good movie....

The dvd commentary track is fun too.

I love the part where Dinklage and the other guy are busting on Patricia Clarkson about her nipples being hard under her tee- shirt. She sounds really embarassed.
