Anyone watching it? If you are not, you are missing out. The plotline is simple, a spy is outed and now cannot work. He's stuck in Miami trying to figure out what happened to his career and along the way he uses his skills to keep money coming in and help others out. Lots of unsavory characters get "theirs" along the way. I know, this formula has been used again & again. It seems fresh here though and it works.

Great supporting cast and finally someone has found a role for Bruce Campbell that he just owns. He is great as the oily, sneaky friend who may or may not be completely loyal. Gabrielle Anwar plays a semi-psychotic ex-GF who likes violence. You actually believe it, there is something a bit unsnapped behind her eyes. Finally, Sharon Gless is pitch perfect as the slightly befuddled Florida retiree mom. Every scene has her erupting smoke from a perpetually lit butt. The show is funny, smartly written, and moves fast. The lead, Jeffery Donovan, is a smart-ass and had me wondering how he was able to deliver the lines he does so naturally. He's from Amesbury, MA, a MAsshole in other words so smart-ass makes complete sense. He's got a lengthy TV career but I don't recall him at all before this. Here however he leaves a mark.

The next season starts in July on the USA network. They are introducing a new character, Tricia Helfer (Cylon #6 from BG) for season 2 which starts in July 10. USA is going to do a back to back marathon on July 3 so set your tivo and catch up! If you like it after the first couple shows you will like it all the way through.

I love this show! The narrative he (Westen) delivers from time to time is what makes it for me! I could be just like him if I wanted:D

Some of the best shows aren't on the Big 3 (4 if you count Fox).

My favorite show at the moment.

Ours too.

My wife & I really enjoy it.

I believe the lack of budget helps a lot.

With little money for props & locales, every bit of writing counts.

I can't wait for the new season to start up. I love anything Bruce Campbell is in... Very underrated actor.

I hope they don't mess with the casting too much this season.

ech, looks ok. its gonna take more than Billy squier into`s and black chargers to get this "dope roped".

these days with a television market super saturated with "reality" any small scraps that a network throws at us we gobble up like starved dogs.

canadian tv is mostly american. unfortunately the crtc has the canadian content law which dictates a certain percentage of programming must be made here or from :uzi: quebec. it really blows dog up here for that reason....but we make up it with FREE HEALTH CARE!!!!
