Wow, never seen one of these. I'm pretty sure the seller is the same guy who sold the Westinghouse roundie.

Nice set, and I don't think I've ever seen a color Andrea-branded set!

I like that part about "for finest performance use genuine Andrea parts and tubes"
That label looks exactly like RCA's. Looks like a CTC-17 chassis. I'm sure there is no such thing as a genuine Andrea part on it except maybe the knobs or bezel! Even the yoke is an RCA yoke. Looks like a nuvistor in the tuner too.
I've seen a lot of the CTC-16/17 clones use different types of yokes, HV cages, or tuners with non-nuvistor tubes.

I'll bet they built it, even so. I asked a former Andrea employee if they ever built round color sets in the early 60's. He said yes, and though they were often believed to have been built by RCA, he actually saw them in production at Andrea. They were RCA clones. One of the available models was a wall mount set. If this one is CTC-17, it wouldnt have been much later.

Some clones built by others have a lot of RCA parts in them. My Silvertone CTC-15 has RCA crcuit boards. The silk-screened part numbers on the boards match the RCA schematic, and don't match the Silvertone one!
