Chuck,
I agree with you. You notice that they dont mention anything about it working or not also. The finish is good but not mint and the inside is filthy. I dont care if it was new out of the crate and working, its still only worth a fraction of that starting bid. Ugh! Definately a newbie seller with no grasp of reality.

This sets getting cheaper, I think that it dropped over $1000 just today. By the end of the auction it should be down to $10!

My wife's old boss would hold a little auction once a year to clear out the attic. Poor guy, he was no auctioneer! I watched him one time, he'd get an opening bid of $30, then would yell "Do I hear $20?" By the time he was through the item would sell for $10 and all the other bidders would just stand there with their mouths open!
