I saw this one, last week, and put it in my watch column... I didn't think that being a bare chassis it would sell for that much... It did!!

This appears to be the same model as the one I sold for someone on eBay last year. That one had a mint-condition cabinet, and went for about double this one. I wonder, had this bare chassis had no BIN, would it have gone higher? Usually the kit sets don't go near as high as the factory sets.

I think that is a reasonable price for the bare chassis version. They have been selling for around $3-4k, and since prewar prices have been going up, this seems in line. Also, it has the rear chassis cover - very rare, most are missing.
