Very interesting to look at, but very low WAF. There are usually a small handfull of them for sale on ebay. Imagine having a vintage tv set in your jail-cell.. plenty of hidden doors and compartments to stash your goodies!! These are color sets, without a doubt. Probably an RCA/GE chassis they used in all their 13" sets. I had a 96 or so RCA with it... TX chassis or something like it. Decent chassis, IIRC; it had remote, OSD, and headphone jack(s), and the horiz scheme was very unique for a small set (If I'm remembering the right chassis). radiotvnut 10-13-2007, 12:33 AM Yes, those TX series chassis had a weird power supply and horizontal sweep circuit. They were decent playing sets; but, could be a pain to fix sometimes. BTW, if you ever attempt to repair one of these; always discharge the main filter capacitor. It will hold it's full charge of approx 160 volts for a very long time. Don't ask how I know this. I actually had one of those clear RCA sets a couple of years ago; but, I think mine had a newer chassis than the TX series.
