Cool looking set, but its not a "roundie"

That's what I meant to say: that this TV was originally a roundie, but was "converted" in the 50's to use a "square" CRT.

I don't think it is, I have a similar set and it's rectangular.
I know they did make one like this that was round.

my set is a 17" tube, the eBay set might be larger?

Thinking I might spruce mine up with a little gold paint around the tube? :banana:
