WTB 1937 Motorola 5T-1 Radio Case

Well folks; Our mighty trustworthy USPS took another one last week. I bought a beautiful example of this radio and the whole front is smashed in. A possible fix for a good wood worker, but I'm not one of those folks, so I need a replacement cabinet. The original, un-restored chassis is clean as a whistle and works great. I don't know how I find these working originals, but I do and have for years.

That's another story entirely. I really would like to have this on display. If you have anything PLEASE post or PM me. I will buy outright or trade NOS TV and radio tubes. I have TV flybacks and yokes left still too.

Perhaps not entirely the USPS fault. If packed properly, double boxed, plenty of foam peanuts or bubble wrap. These treasures should survive moderately rough handling. The buyer should instruct the seller on how to pack. Just saying. Best w/finding a replacement cabinet.
