What TV is this

Curious about what this set was, the four knob layout looks familiar.
this is from a photo for sale on eBay.

The white cabinet is different, not French Provincial I think.

Packard-Bell had a similar 4 knob layout back then...So that would be my guess.

Ding! Ding! We have a winner. I grew up with a Packard Bell, though not a roundie...also not a snobby chic behemoth.

If it's a Packard Bell I wonder if the picture was taken in California, they were an L.A. based company at that time I think, lots of PB stuff out here.

Didn't PB have an advertising slogan like that?

"America grew up with Packard Bell" or something similar.
The one pictured has the upright "doughnut" chassis. The only one I worked on had the infamous 23EGP22.
