Zenith Roundie Convergence Cloverleaf Wanted

Can anyone spare a convergence cloverleaf coils for my Zenith 27K20? The original is as depicted.

If you can spare an old original plastic cloverleaf frame which is not brittle (rare) I would be happy with this. However the later brightly Red, Green Blue colored enclosed coils would be just fine and probably better. I checked and the coil resistances match between the older and the newer coils. The only constraint is that the cloverleaf fits the larger round color CRT neck.

Here is a photo of what is left of my old cloverleaf. Thanks.

It just occurred to me that this might make a good 3D printer project.

I'll pass on the super glue project. The frame is so brittle: you fix one part and another breaks.

I like the 3D printer project concept.

The yoke plastic is also brittle and has snapped in various places. If someone can part with a yoke and cloverleaf, I would be very grateful.

I picked up a mystery NOS cloverleaf at KT on Saturday, but somehow its in the boxes I stashed in storage. I meant to bring it home so I could see if it was useful for anyone. When I go over to exchange some things later this week I will definitely grab it. It has the red/green/blue colored coils. We'll find out soon.

They do show up in various places. The part number for one is 43-473.

Justin,

Thanks that appears to be what I need. I found others referencing part no. 43-473 for Zenith but that is not the Zenith part number I see.

Is that the manufacturer number? And I trust they are all the same eg vertical winding 120 ohms and the horizontal winding 10 ohms?

Terry

I got your PM, but I cannot reply because your stored messages folder is full.

Yes it would seem that 43-473 is the Manufacturer's part number, and it is the number that's printed on the box. I'll post a pic when I get to the shop tomorrow and double check the winding resistance.
