My cross references (Thordarson, Merit) are in the Garage, so I can check in the morning.

Thanks everyone. I'll throw a pic on of the set when it gets all done as its quite attractive. I found no similar pics online that match the cloth and woodwork around the cloth.

I'll try to get pictures and info tonight. Mine is the one with the BIG power transformer if that jogs any memories.

IIRC all the split chassis that could plug into each other were inter-compatible thanks to standardizing of the connector pin-out. It is plausible that the original sweep chassis on yours died, and a lazy service tech swapped chassis with another year of set back in the day.

Tim, Thanks! Thats good news as I can get either one at the museum. They have a variant of the original number that Im unsure of, and I want to know the compatible ones for the future. This tv will be a keeper if I get it working well.

EM, Thanks! I kind of suspect the same thing as you about it being incorrect for the year. i looked at a lot of other years schematics trying to match the half up. Thats good to know that I can swap chassis's if I ever need too. I'm 5 for 5 at getting tv's working and Im hoping this is #6.

What part are you trying to replace? The Miller 70-OSC is a replacement coil.

If you are looking for one, the classifieds are a better place to list.

If you have one and want to know what it replaces, it replaces hundreds of AM/MW oscillator coils in old radios.
