crt's for sale

these are most of the crt's I have for sale:

14dp4
14cp4
14 bp4 (2)
16tp4
20yp4
17cp4 metal
16hp4
10 bp4 (2)

Some are marked..some were not
some are rebuilt....some are original
some have flaky aquadag...some the aquadag is great.

I had to research some to find the right number so feel free to ask any questions before purchase in case I am wrong on the number.

Also please understand that sometimes I am slow getting the shipping quote.
But once the check is in my account and clears I guarantee to ship that day or the next. I am not sure on pricing so make offer.
Thanks!

Are these tested, and if so, on what tester and what were the readings?

sorry for late reply......I do not know prices for crt's very well. any reasonable offer will work.
I also have started to pack like the original crt's were shipped with cardboard baffles and so far all crt's shipped this way made it intact and working.
The 2 - 10" and one 14bp4 and the 20cp4 are gone. the rest are still available

re: crt's for sale

I am new to the forums on here. I have been searching for a 14cp4 crt for my 1950 admiral tv that has a bad picture tube. I checked it on several different crt testers and got no readings at all. The rest of the tv has been gone through and recapped and a couple of bad tubes replaced. I get sound now when I connect up a vcr so other then this dead picture tube its ready to go.

So I was curious if the 14cp4 crt was still available? Im not sure how to send a pm on here yet but I am interested in it.

Look forward to hearing from you,
Jason from California.

I have linked to a picture from my facebook page so I hope it shows up on here

Hey Jason, I've seen your ads on craigslist. Have you tried reflowing the solder inside the pins on the CRT socket? Might just be a bad joint.

I tried a few different things to try to get some life out of it including heating the connector pins to see if it had a cold solder joint or something. So then I removed it from the chassis and could see a piece of something metallic was loose inside the neck just laying on the glass not attached to anything. I figured it was must be the cause of the tube being bad. I didn't dive into it anymore after that. Just recapped everything and got the radio and phonograph section up and running. So at the very least I have a good cabinet with working radio and can play my old 78's on it.

Sometimes Craigslist want ads work...

Hey thanks for the quick responses from everyone. I have finally received a response to an ad I placed on craigslist about a month ago. Was able to do some bartering for a 14bp4 crt that a guy has near me. However when my finances permit I would still like buy that 14cp4 from you radio nut if it is still available at that time.
