1949/50 arvin for sale

25$ needs a can in the front of the set

Then you have a 1952 Arvin rather than 1949/50.

Here's the whole lineup from '52.

the thing worked perfect last month, now i only get sound, and no hv.
its probobly just a bad tube

First you say it needs a can and all the tubes are good, now you say it probably needs a tube and it's been recapped. Huh! In other words, who knows what the hell it needs. Jonny, I know it sounds like I'm picking on you, but you obviously don't know what's wrong with it. And a recapped set without having all the cans replaced, is not recapped. Cans are usually the FIRST things you replace when recapping as they are usually bad, not always but usually. On the set I'm working on today, all the electrolytics were bad.

Also this is not the forum to post your own items for sale. This belongs in the classifieds.

This is a forum to post sets for sale, other than your own.

it was tested by my grandpa, and what tubes, and caps were bad at the time were replaced,
therefore it could be a can, it could be a tube, when the sets on i dont smell the magic smell, so its probobly a tube

and yes i know your not picking on me.
