I recently acquired a gold P61, which looks similar to what you are looking for. Is that the right model?

The P61 was about the first of the series, from around 1956.

I think Phil is looking for the wide solid handle version. Early 60's, possibly a P67.

The depth of these sets changed dramatically over the years. P61 used a 17AVP4. P67 came with a 17DSP4- 110 degree CRT.

I went back and read the earlier posts and I just realized that they also made a 19" version. Looks like it's in Sam's 714. http://www.ebay.com/itm/PhotoFact-Ma...item53deba81d5 All this time I thought it was a 17" set the OP was after.

Would be so cool to have one from every year. Must be at least 10 models to collect.

Interesting that the OP provides so little information about what he actually wants. Model number would be highly appropriate, along with more/better pics and other info.

The set in the OP's Avatar is, or rather was my set.
It uses a 19BRP4 crt that was dead and I could never find a replacement for it.

It was offered to Phil but with a unobtanium tube he didn't want it.

I sold it to a VK member with a NOS but incorrect CRT that may or may not be adaptable to work, he might still have it for all I know but I'll leave it up to him if he want's to be known.

The reason I did not post a model number is because I didn't know the number. I believe it is a 19" set, though. And, the link to the PhotoFact gives us a model number of 19P64/19T64. Add a "U" and you have exactly what I'm looking for. Member KC8ADU had one and we discussed me geting it but I've lost contact with him.

BTW, I have a new 19CUP4 I bought by mistake. Yours for shipping...
