Thanks Steve

Hey Steve,
I'm a little late to the party, but am really enjoying this site. The CT-100 looks even better with the addition of some new tubes. I viewed pictures of your sets and both are outstanding. I especially liked the blonde console.

Welcome aboard Steve D.!

You have some fine collectible color TV's there. I envy you for living in an area where they can be found with some digging and luck. Must try to get some of your pictures on display here. Let me know if I can be of help.

Regards,
Rob

Wow! That's a nice Merrill! Great picture! Just make sure you've recapped the focus circuits on it before operating it. I've heard that the focus caps can go and take the CRT with them, so it's best to have new caps in there to be safe.

Thanks Rob

Thanks for posting the CT-100 picture. The set has been totally recapped thanks to my friend and fellow CT-100 owner Steve Kissinger. I have additional off air pictures but can't figure a way to jpeg them to Rob with my WEB-tv format. Some servers can receive the forwarded pictures and others can't.

Hi All:

Steve D. just told me about this site and encouraged me to register. I was the Steve that Steve just mentioned in his last post. I figured that this site could use another Steve. I too own a CT-100 that I got working (again) a few months ago. I will post a picture of it when I figure out how to do that. The only problem is that my set is in Wisconsin and I live in California. I do get to visit it a few times a year however.

Steve!

Hi Steve K,

Mind if we call you Steve? (a little Monty Python humor)

That's great that you also have a working CT-100. Long distance relationships can be pretty intense during visiting opportunities eh?! Please post pics when you can. We'd love to see it, and stay tuned, thanx to some great contributors....this is the place to see some pretty nice surviving vintage color TV's. Yeah!

SteveD's CT-100

SteveD has just sent me another awesome picture of his restored CT-100. Check out this fantabulous actual off-air screen shot from one of the planet's few remaining working 15GP22 CRT's!

I think you have a keeper there SteveD!

Rob

Hi Rob:

Here is a picture of my CT-100. Looks pretty much like all the rest! I finally learned how to get a good screen shot from Steve D's set so when I get back to Wisconsin again I will fire it up and try to get some pictures of it operating.

Hi Again:

How do you make that picture smaller? I didn't mean to take up so much room.

Steve

Steve, I shrunk it for you. You can re-size an image and let it shrink the file size in many of the picture handling programs such as Photoshop. Thank you Marlin and Eric for volunteering to help.

Thumbs up Appreciation

p: Thanks again, Rob for posting my CT-100 picture. And Steve K.'s CT-100 is not just another set. It a great example of this model. Nice original finish.

You are welcome Steve. Steve K's CT-100 sure looks great and it looked as though it was a big 21" model too until we got the file size under control.

And last but certainly not least! These are terrific screen images from a rare working 15GP22 CRT Steve. Thanx for sharing them with us.
