That's a nice one!!!! Very early, and I think that's the rare power tuning-nonremote model. I wonder if it has the early tube-type LV power supply with the two 3DG4's?

Nice set. I noticed that the tuning knob is missing but is the tuning shaft broken? It sure looks like it from that close up photo. Nonetheless, someone needs to grab this set.

That looks like the same TV set and picture of another craigslist ad in Dillsburg, Pennsylvania. The set was advertised not far from my parents house. I tried to make arrangements to pick it up. I would swear that it is the same picture in the old ad but a different location. What I am saying? It might be a scam. Don't pay for it untill you pick up the set.

Hi Guys,
I picked up the Zenith today. When i arrived i was surprised how nice it was. It is mint without a scratch on it. It even came with the original manual. It was a one owner set. After getting it home of course i had to try it. I powered it up and was pleased to see a nice raster and sound. After fiddling with the adjustments i was greeted with a nice color picture. The red gun is a little weak compared to the other two but is still plenty bright and sharp. My only concern is the flyback is running a little warmer than i like. None of the lytics are warm and the set plays excellent. The only other thing i'll need to do to it is just cleaning the chassis of 42 years worth of dust and the tuner needs a good cleaning also. Is there anything i can do to get the flyback to run cooler? The chassis is a 25LC30 and its still running its original 21FJP22 crt. Its a non-remote power tuned set with VHF and UHF tuners. It also has the separate bass and treble controls. It only has a slight halo which looks worse in the pictures than it does in person. I'm very happy to have a Zenith roundie again after all these years and such a good example on top of it. I will post pictures after i get it set up in its new home. I'm not going to run it much until i get the flyback temperature down as i dont want to fry it. I'm definately a happy camper this evening

Charles, it doesnt have the dual 3DG4's

Compucat, nothing was broken..it's a power tune model.

Polaraman, i asked her about that and this wasnt the one. She did say she had posted it several times in the past year without a response though.
