Andy,
As Eric points out, John Folsom has in his collection a CBS production model RX90 color receiver, employing the 15HP22 tube.
I believe Steve McVoy also has one of these sets in his collection sans picture tube. I'm betting Steve won't rest until he has located a 15HP. Maybe some one knows of another manufacturer that used the 15HP22.
