The labels on some of the Arvins and Arvin built private label sets, seemed to fall off, from the glue drying out.
I know, the Sears sets had the chassis number on a tiny plate, inserted into the PC board.
You'd have to look through the Beitmans 1962 though 1967, for a similar chassis, either under Arvin or Silvertone. Sears source 132.xxxx .

Search ebay for arvin radio. Don't forget the completed listings. Good chance someone was selling one or the photofact on there.
