Some new toys followed me home
Coming from a long road trip, brought some new old "toys" ... this is one of them, a Brazilian Philco Hitachi model PVC 2000 VCR made in 1984, one of the very first Brazilian made VCRs... comes complete with wired remote control:

Here are a few other itens from the same trip: a 1958 Hotpoint, a 1953 bakelite Admiral, one light sign from Telefunken ( I guess it is from the 60's ) and an old bakelite telephone from the CTB ( Companhia Telefônica Brasileira ):

I am a phone guy as well as a TV collector, so that CTB telephone is very cool!

Yes it really is a cool and shiny telephone, I fell in love with it the moment I saw it, it was from a very good friend and he sold it to me cheaply.
