Zenith LDP-510 lives again!

So I pulled this out of storage, it didn't work after sitting so long. Pulled it apart, cleaned everything and I'm amazed that it now works. Theres a sold on (January 1st 1994) sticker on the back.

There is more of a rattling noise than I recall, when it first starts up, then it disappears and plays smoothly. So I'm sure that something isnt working right, but dont know what.

Anyhow, here it is paired up to my '83 Sampo 13" tv.

Any idea who made this beast? That VFD has a Pioneer look to it.

Yes, they're just a rebadged Pioneer (at least from what I read online).

It is noisy when first starting, a bit of rattling, but works everytime. I assume something may be out of alignment, but have no clue as to what.
