Like I posted before, the set was intended to be a leader, so they could advertise the $298 price. They didn't even have the set operating. If someone wanted to see the picture, they had it so misadjusted, no one really wanted to buy it. They seemed to sell a few of the next model up.
The tube-based radio in the leader model, sounded better than the cheap solid-state radio in the up-grade model.
