What....?

Well, once we adopt a cat, he never goes outside again.....

We have morons with guns and they shoot anything that moves.....

Lucky me I have that crap on 3 sides of me....

Or they run them over in their cars....

As best as I can remember this is the 4th quarter with the exact same results. The analysts seem to be coming to the conclusion I have, Management has no clue. I listen to them almost daily as it takes a while to figure out the code..... For example my all time favorite is "flow of excess inventory" It took a while hearing this over and over to finally conclude, this must be "selling stuff we can't move at a loss...." My conclusion, the more they make, the less they know.....
My wife was doing pretty well selling Avon, by far the best of any direct marketing things she's done. When they closed their domestic call center (or whatever it was) several years ago she quit in protest.

Had a friend growing up. 2 cats then they took in a stray. Word
got out & it got up to an estimated 25-30. Couldnt get a good
count, always on the move or hiding. The jerks never asked, they
would just dump them in the yard & run.
Another "friend" took one in & keeps it a secret, holding at 2 cats
for years now.
We cant let ours out either, Fishers & coyotes would make fast
work of them. Everyone on the street well armed but all cat &
dog folk. Only a threat to moose, deer & burglers. Ive had guns
since I was 18 & never shot even a squirrel !!!!! A few trigger
happy fools make us all look bad.

Seeing This thread Active always makes me happy ! !

Currently listening to a great band out of Finland I hope to see one day, (Found them thanks to youtube
suggestion column after listening to a Wig Wam song from Norway I think.... We don't make good
music here anymore.... IMHO.....) if here or I go
see them in the UK next year or the year after...... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=b0vftYriDEg

And they even have one titled just like I like it! " I love Heavy Metal" http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8taHlKynIlg

Sorry I did not see a number of come-backs to my writins.....

Zeno- I was neutral on guns and gun ownership till I got here.... The worst individuals
I have ever seen live here, and their actions with guns really makes me sick..... I am happy
you have not used your guns on squirrels.....

As for the cats, well, the first one a main coon as we are told, came around for a few months
on and off, we took her in, she got along well with my squirrel, they became really good
friends..... The second we just got and he is quite the terror, but he hung around a while
and came in when we held the door open.... My little buddy died of old age 2 summers ago
so the cats are it right now... Not many people know we take in anything..... I have
rehabbed several critters under whatever unfortunate circumstances they have faced.
There use to be a number of local rehabbers the area vets use to have a list. The last
time I went in with a baby squirrel they were all out of "the business" not that its a biz...
They know I'm not going to turn one away, and they help out when something is over my
head. I have done a number of squirrels....

Our oldest cat just had surgery for cancer, we think she is over 10. So far we are into
her for a car, and roof. All quite expensive treatment. Out next cat will have insurance.

------------

bgadow - My wife has been doing better each year, and won, earned a number of trips, computers, ipads,
and actually does better as more people quit. The company is in trouble, I listen to their quarters, Sherri seems to
be good at some numbers, juggling whatever, but sales and active reps are still declining by up around 20% a quarter,
so as the analysts continue to ask "why don't you quit the mlm model and just sell in walmart...?" I can see from
how hard it is to get her people going, and working at improving their business, most quit. Sherri tries to cut expenses
till the company turns around...... But they cut advertising, and I think ULTA givrs them lots of competition.
I think its just a matter of time till that company tanks.... The US only accounts for 15% or less of their global sales....
During the quarters I can always count the missteps they make..... Many of the analysts, you can hear it in their voices,
they are not happy. But while it lasts, I support her business, I stamp books, keep her website up, and
gathering new team members.... She really loves what she does so I do what I can to help out. We work on a lot
of it together.....
