SAMs photofact heaven...

I needed to find the AR books for my radio repair I got into for cars...in addition to stereos over on the AK.

part of the store lot I got was the TSMs and the monthly sets. I have seen them from numbers 93-1677 so far and I have not gone thru them. I am looking to get rid of them so other stuff may live. Im pretty much out of the tube radio restoration biz, too much space needed, too slow to sell.

while I wont sell the AR stuff, I will extract stuff for ya

Are these complete folders with radio, TV, audio, auto radio, etc or they just auto radio?

I have the general sams (that has info on everything) from 101- 580 nearly complete (missing 371 and some random subfolders), plus some random stuff before and after, and 2 banker's boxes of duplicates (which I was hoping to trade for ones I don't have in a thread I've yet to make).

I'd sort of like to have a complete collection up thru 1978 (~folder 1770). If yours are the general coverage folders and are complete (ie not missing subfolders), I may be interested depending on cost and shipping.

well the folders have a set of who knows what in each. since stereo go in the MHF books, they tend to be tvs and odd radios, antennas, cameras etc. from what I have seen, 99.99% of them are complete, if the index with each folder says it has (for example 870-1 to 870-5 that means it has 5 separate 'folders' inside them. typically, folders 1-2-3 are in a separate folder inside with everything, and a lot of the -4 on up folders are subsets or just minis.

there is a master index online you can download from sams that tells you where to look. for example if it says folder 1022-4 that means monthly folder 1022, the 4th item in it.

I will go look at the TSM books for what you need

btw, I have tsms 29-115 and cb 6, 77 and 87 (I dont fix cbs)

I note you are in cheeseland....

put it this way, I can barely lift the box that has the 1000's and 1100's in it and I have the strength of 8 men (used to be 10, but im older). shipping, on a large amount, increases exponentially.

so if you need sets, choose wisely!
