Sure, but I'm really looking for the original remote that will fit in the pocket on the side on the TV. I have several RCA and Zenith clickers I can salvage tuning rods from.

I'd be interested if you don't want it, Bob. I have a 1962 (?) model I just had to rescue. It has no channel knob, just buttons for up/down, and the date code on some of the tubes is 62-xx. Looks likethis one, butall smallknobs, an the remotepocket on the side...

If yours is a '62 model, then the rectangular remote that came with my set is probably correct for yours.

What shape is the pocket on the side ?

It looks like the one pictured a few posts back, could be either, but was in pretty good shape. I'm going to look at it and photograph it (it's not in my home) Sat or Sunday, for all to see. Jeez Louise, that sucker is HEAVY!
