Very sad to hear this. I got to meet R. Lee Ermey at a car show several years back, when he was still doing the "Mail Call" show on the History Channel. The line to meet him was very long, but he was very nice when I finally got to the end of it. He signed my copy of "Full Metal Jacket", which I still treasure. RIP, Gunny.

Wow, thought he'd live forever by ordering the grim reaper to about-face and march off.
Right now he's probably telling St. Peter his halo is crooked, and not to let those Nazis disguised as Argentineans in.

He was one cool cat. Always loved his shows. If it stops raining
I will go out on the deck & empty a 30 rnd clip in his memory. Also another since it Patriots day to honor the farmers of Middlesex Co. that started it all for our freedoms & actually gave me life in a strange way. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Isaac_Davis_(soldier) 73 Zeno LFOD ! |
