I had one like that, CTC62 if I recall correctly.

CTC62 was an ITR/SCR sweep set with a bonded yoke tube. This set looks to be a CTC60 - 19VETP22 with a standard yoke and HOT sweep.

I checked inside and there is CTC76a printed on the chassis.
If anyone has a service manual for this set, i would like to get a copy just incase.
