Spare fine tuning assembly anyone?
I'm currently restoring my RCA 21CT55. The fine tuning assembly is broken. See photo below.
Does anyone have a spare that I could purchase? I'm thinking the same assembly may be on the Director CT4. Any thoughts on a fix or to replace it? 3-D printer? Thanks in advance for suggestions or help. http://www.visions4.net/journal/wp-c...s/IMG_0501.jpg

The 21CT55 is really closer to a CT-100 than a CTC-4. The 55 was a 100 with circuit mods to drive a 21" electromagnetically converged CRT, and a different cabinet. The 4 had a completely different 'simplified' chassis and tuner from a CTC-2 family set.
Someone probably has one...I recently stumbled on spare knobs for my 4 and part of the channel selector knob for a ct-100 (no they do not look like the one you have) in a random lot of knobs. Good luck on your search.

Fact, they share nothing in common aside from maybe the volume and brightness knobs. I've seen CT55's with both plastic and metal rimmed knobs, though I think the plastic ones are correct for the '55.
