Decked out the living room

In preperation for the festivities tomorrow, hope things go smooth!

Very nice picture of your sets. I see an HD DVD drive in the picture, too-do you still have or play any discs on it?

You mean the X-Box? It's hooked up to the Mitsu 65" on the left. I still have an LD player as well, though it doesn't see much action these days. The copy I have of Wizard Of Oz is very poorly mastered, it looks HORRIBLE! I need to get the good copy, so I can post the obligatory Dorthy shots.

Things went well, the set was dropped off, some film was shot, and then they departed. No word yet if the series has even been picked up by the network, so I will need to stay in touch with the producer to figure out what the deal is with respect to the footage. We have someday have a DVD of it, or nothing at all. Only time will tell.

Yes, I meant the drive for the Xbox 360, sitting next to it.

Get the Blu-ray disc of The Wizard Of Oz, if you also have an HD TV, or even if you do not yet have one. It looks absolutely fantastic. No need to buy the $75 fancy version; the $10-15 Wal-mart Blu-ray disc is the one I have.

Well, you must be tired of staring at those old things with the rounded off corners by now, so just to let you know, I'd take them out of your sight any time! (What are friends for?)
