RCA Cogged Belt source?

Does anyone know where I might be able to find a cogged belt to replace this one? It's the belt that drives the channel indicator on a 21" RCA console.

Some time back someone gave me the name of a place that had a fine tuning gear for an old RCA portable but I can't recall the name of the place (not Moyers, though maybe they would have one?).
