Greetings from FixitLand!

Not a lot of radios in my collection -- just literally tons of 78-rpm records -- but here is the radio inventory:

RCA Victor 97KG "console grand" (1939) [operational; unrestored cabinet]
RCA Victor 96T3 tabletop (1939) [in pieces for restoration; cabinet is tough, water-damaged]
Zenith 6S439 tabletop (1940) [incomplete, operational but needs restoration and several knobs]
Zenith 6D015 "consoltone" tabletop (1946) [almost complete, operational, needs recapping and volume knob]
Philco 46-480 console (1946) [complete, not operational; needs recapping]
Arvin 732 tabletop (1941) [complete, was operational 20 years ago; needs recapping and some cabinet work]

Used to have a Zenith 6D030 wood-cased version of the 6D015, but I traded it for the Arvin. Dumb move.

I suppose this counts as a radio -- a table-top Airline-branded radio-phono-Recordio [was working 25 years ago; needs new Astatic X-26 crystal cutter, probably the phono reproducer crystal as well].

Only other radio aside from modern sand-based stuff is a homebrew AM rig with 10-watt push-pull audio (6AQ5s) and AFC. That one probably doesn't count here.

Got the "demo record" for the 97KG, along with original advertising for it...

Take care,
--

2 Zenith x334 tube tabletop 1959(?).
Both work. Acquired within last 20 days.
One off CL $20 (have it) one off ebay $40 w/shipping (coming).
The CL one needed a better speaker, wood refinishing and dial face and nobs detailed.
Dial scale was unattached inside and needed fixing.
The ebay one looks like no refinishing needed just cleaned and waxed. We'll see.

Okay, been wanting to list mine and I decided to stick to the working ones!

Admiral 9A1 (plays 78's)
Crosley 10-307M
Detrola 149
Emerson AC149
Magnavox 54-03-00 w/AMP182BA
Philco's 37-61, 37-62, 38-62, 40-115, 41-245
Sentinel 284-1
Zenith's 5J217 (minus battery circuitry), 8S463, 10S567, G500 T.O., H723 (newer version), X334

Conditions vary on some of my wood models and that is my next step on those is to make them prettier. I do enjoy reading up on the posts that touch on refinishing techniques.
