Here is a link to a series of newspaper articles I submitted to, & on display at the ETF. Scroll down to reviews of such early color telecasts of Dragnet from Dec. 1953. I believe the first color film broadcast. Also, the L.A. Times review of the Jan. 1954 color telecast of the Rose Parade among other interesting articles.
