'82 Fisher-Price child's record player
I picked up this record player for $5 and it appears to work OK, except for needing a new cartridge. All of these that I've seen used an Astatic 89T powerpoint cartridge; but, this one uses a 79D powerpoint cartridge and an 89T won't properly fit in the holder. Of course, it would use something that I don't have on hand.
I'm sure the mechanism could stand to be taken apart, cleaned, and lubricated; but, I first need to obtain one of those special tools that's needed to remove those oddball safety screws. These were common when I was a kid; and, for what they are, are not bad record players.

I had one at age 3, it was brand new. I still have it, somewhere....
Ahh, memories. That one's in better shape by a couple orders of magnitude than mine, though.
