Rebuilding in Germany

I just wonder: If somehow they could connect with the ETF--and in some way--the two of them could make it MUCH easier--to rebulid tubes. Maybe one could do part of the tube--the other do the other part. Both of them might be able to get tubes rebuilt a LOT quicker than either one alone.

Doubtful ... what could be done is go together on getting new
guns made, etc.

I made the initial contact a couple of weeks ago at the NVCF. Complete surprise when this German guy asked if there was anyone interested in CRT rebuilding.

It will be good not to have to ship glassware across The Pond in either direction. Too early to talk about co-operation with the ETF project at this stage but areas such as knowhow and heater/cathode assemblies could usefully be shared.
